Changing the way conveyors are manufactured

Thanks to the redrawing of production documentation, the purchase of CNC punching machines and bending presses, we have switched from welding to screwing conveyors. Bolted conveyors are easier to adapt to different spaces and shapes. The individual segments can then be easily dismantled and replaced as required.

The company currently has production facilities for complete sheet metal processing, i.e. cutting, punching and bending, which allows 90% of production to be produced without welding - i.e. in bolted design. This method of production has brought our products to the level of the world's best manufacturers.

The quality of our products is evidenced not only by many satisfied customers, but also by the ISO 9001:2001 quality certificate for "Manufacture, supply and assembly of technological units for handling and storage of bulk materials and piece materials."

Production for heavy transport

We have expanded our original focus on the agricultural sector to include the production of conveyors for so-called heavy transport. Our conveyors can be found in cement plants, lime plants, concrete plants, magnesite plants, quarries, wood processing plants, fertilizer plants, plaster mixtures, etc.

A responsible approach

We take a responsible approach to reducing the energy consumption of production processes, which is why we have insulated the production hall and equipped it with intelligent LED lighting. We use photovoltaics to reduce electricity costs.

PREMETAL MON has been bringing to the market for several years coiled tubes made of segments resp. offers the production of separate segments of threaded rods according to the specific requirements of our customers.

The advantage of our tapping segments compared to drawn tapping segments is their equal thickness at the root, i.e. the centre tube, as well as at the circumference of the tapping. This increases the service life and reduces the wear and tear of such a threaded bushing. Another significant advantage is the almost unlimited variability of the diameter and pitch of the threaded segments as well as the thickness of the sheet.

As standard, we offer the production of coiled tubes and coiled tubing segments up to a diameter of 650 mm and a sheet thickness of 12 mm in various pitch designs. Segments are made of black sheet metal, stainless steel, hardox. However, even the production of segments above 650 mm is not impossible, it just depends to a large extent on the diameter of the central tube and the width of the segment leaf.

The basic element of the functionality of pocket (bucket) conveyors are buckets (scoops). Due to the insufficient quality of scoops offered on our market and their difficult production on our own, we searched for and found a supplier of scoops in the countries of the old European Union.

After testing and trialling the scoops with three of our customers in 2005, we decided to enter into an exclusive dealership agreement with the supplier, STIF. Their scoops convinced us not only with their quality, but also with the variability of use and the wide range of scoop types. STIF scoops can be offered in black sheet metal, stainless steel and plastic in PE, PA, PU and ATEX.
