Every year we implement dozens of solutions for clients all over Slovakia, but also in the Czech Republic. They relate to post-harvest treatment, storage or post-processing of grains in the agro-sector and processing industry. We also supply conveyors for cement plants, stone quarries or wood processing companies.

Thanks to our own production facilities for complete sheet metal processing, we are able to produce up to 90% of our production without welding. This ranks our products among the world’s best.

Conveyors

Conveyors are literally the driving force behind the operation of plants in various industries – whether it is agriculture, or the aforementioned cement and lime plants, as well as magnesite plants, fertilizer and plaster mixtures.

In our portfolio you will find all kinds of conveyors – for vertical conveying of bulk materials such as cereals, oilseeds, legumes, but also pellets, lime or cement, the so-called bucket (pocket) conveyor is used. Chain conveyors are used to transport materials horizontally.

Widely used are screw conveyors, which convey material by rotating in a chute or pipe. We produce screw conveyors not only from standard sheet metal up to 3 millimetres thick, but also from thick-walled sheet metal up to 10 mm thick.

In addition to the aforementioned types, we also offer belt conveyors, which are used for continuous and intermittent transport of loose, as well as small lump material in construction, agriculture, sand and gravel mining or landfills.

Dryers

Dryers are a very important piece in the mosaic of agricultural production and downstream processing. Since their role is to reduce the moisture content of cereals before they are stored, processed or sold, dryers have a critical impact on the entire processing chain.

The Legacy Series is a line of high-capacity modular dryers with fill capacities from 25.8 to 77.9 cubic yards and hourly capacities from 10 to 60 tons of corn at 10% dehumidification. These atmospheric, continuous-flow dryers feature multiple thermal drying zones that have a positive impact on both grain quality and fuel consumption.

For premises with height restrictions, there is the ECO Series, which offers models with capacities from 10.5 to 24.7 cubic metres and an hourly output of 5 to 12 tonnes of maize at 10% dewatering, while maintaining an overall machine height of 4.6 metres. The excellent efficiency and affordability of these low-profile dryers make them an excellent investment in terms of price-performance ratio.

Purifiers and pre-cleaners

The removal of dirt, chaff, dust and damaged grains is essential for the storage or further processing of grains and especially seeds.

In our range you will find Bühler purifiers and pre-cleaners with compact dimensions and universal use. The pre-cleaners from Petkus provide pre-cleaning, intensive cleaning and seed cleaning from simple to the most complicated materials.

Threads

Do you need a screw thread for a conveyor, combine harvester or compound mixer?

Our company brings to the market coiled tubing made from segments. Compared to drawn (continuous) taps, segmented taps are more durable and last longer. This is due to the thickness of the threads, which is the same for both the centre tube and the circumference of the threaded tube.

We can produce for you threaded tubes and threaded segments from black plate, stainless steel and hardox up to a diameter of 630 millimetres, with a plate thickness of up to 12 millimetres.
