In accordance with the GDPR Regulation on the protection of the rights of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, we inform you about the scope of personal data processed by our company as a controller in the provision of its services and sale of goods and in contacts with potential customers, and their protection.

Our company always processes personal data in accordance with applicable law.

Types of personal data:

• identification data: title, name and surname, business name, company ID number, VAT number, address of registered office or place of business, billing address;
• contact details: telephone number, e-mail;
• CCTV footage (areas where cameras are placed are always marked).

The scope of the processed data depends on the purpose of the processing - on the basis of a contract (performance of contractual obligations), the legitimate interest of our company (communication with potential customers, protection of company property) or the scope and purpose is determined by specific laws.

Personal data are processed to the extent necessary for the fulfilment of these purposes and for the period necessary to achieve them or for the period directly provided for by law or the company's internal regulations.

The protection of your personal data includes the right to: to obtain confirmation as to whether our company processes your personal data, to obtain information about the purposes of processing and the categories of personal data processed, about the recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, about the intended duration of the processing, about the existence of the right to request from us the rectification or erasure of personal data or the restriction of their processing, object to processing, lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, obtain information about the source of the personal data, unless it is obtained directly from the data subject, whether automated decision-making, including profiling, is taking place, appropriate safeguards for disclosures outside the EU, and obtain a copy of your personal data.

• You have the right to have incorrect data corrected and you have the obligation to notify us of changes to your personal data.
• You have the right to have your personal data erased if our company does not demonstrate legitimate grounds for processing this personal data.
• You have the right to transfer your personal data to another controller (e.g. in connection with an employment contract).
• If the exercise of your rights could cause harm to the rights and freedoms of others, such a request cannot be granted.
• You have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection, located at Hraničná 4826/12, 820 07 Bratislava, if you feel that your personal data protection rights have been violated.
