Bins – dispatch, storage, intermediate

We produce square trays by punching, bending and screwing technology directly from galvanized sheet metal, which are used as shipping, storage or intermediate storage trays.

Expeditionary bins (EZ)

Dispatch hoppers are primarily intended for dispatching grain from post-harvest lines, compound feed factories, grain warehouses, etc. directly to transport vehicles.

The dispatch bins themselves are located on a traversable steel structure, which allows mobile vehicles to pass freely under the dispatch bins and fill them very quickly.

• the possibility of fitting strain gauge scales to control the filling and loading of vehicles

1. Expedition tray 4 x 4 m - EZ with 4.5 m underrun OK:

The capacity of the storage tanks is set for a bulk density of 750 ^kg/m3.

2. Storage bins (SZ)

Storage bins are used for temporary and permanent storage of bulk and non-sticky materials such as grain, scrap, mouldings, PVC granulate, pellets, etc.

3. intermediate stacks (MZ)

Inter-operational storage tanks are used for short-term storage of processed bulk and granular material in different technological lines and for balancing the different performance of the basic elements of the technological line, thus ensuring the smooth operation of the entire line.

The trays are made of galvanized sheet metal with a thickness of 2 - 3 mm depending on the size and capacity of the tray. The legs are made of 4 mm thick sheet metal. All parts of the hopper, i.e. the hopper hopper, the hopper body as well as the roof, if any, are bolted together.

The trays are supplied unfolded and can be supplied in the following designs:

• hopper with legs
• hopper with legs + square superstructure from 0.5 m to 5 m high
• tray profile 1x1, 1.5x1.5, 2x2, 2.5x2.5 m
• hopper with legs + square superstructure + roof with inspection opening
• battery of trays with common walls in different combinations
