Front air classifier with high efficiency

PETKUS pays special attention to air classifiers as an essential sorting element. For the best possible separation of light, non-valuable impurities, PETKUS has developed the perpendicular classifier. With this new kind of front classifier, the air flow can be adapted even to small throughputs, thus consuming relatively little air. When large quantities are flowing through, on the other hand, optimum fluffing of the material takes place thanks to the directed air flow as an important prerequisite for the separation of light admixtures.

Adjusting the rear sorter throughput

The rear air classifier of the universal purifier separates lots similar to the base mass with great precision. This task is performed by a double channel classifier equipped with an adjustable rear air classifier flap (DBP), which ensures high efficiency of the last treatment stage.

Different types of sieve cleaning elements

The top screen cleaning is designed to handle extreme material properties. Due to the combined cleaning of the upper screen (i.e. lower and upper cleaning), the length of the upper screen housing could be reduced.

Sustainable cleanliness and functionality of the lower sieve are ensured by rubber balls.

Multi-stage sieve system

Depending on the type of material and the number of sieve levels, a different function is required: 2-sieve or 3-sieve. For a universal cleaner with 3 sieve levels, one function can be selected and then the other function can be changed from there.
