All SKIOLD scarifiers are suitable for scarifying all types of grain into feed mixtures.
Thanks to the integrated transport fan, they can be integrated very easily into compound feed production lines. The fan conveys the scrapped material and at the same time cools it so that it can be properly stored afterwards.
Scrappers are robust yet simple, so maintenance is also very easy.
Brief description of the different types of scrappers:
- Scrapper DM-2: can be equipped with a 5.5 or 7.5 kW motor with an output of up to 500 kg/h. Transport distance up to 70 m. It is recommended for a daily output of up to 2 tonnes.
- DM-3: can be equipped with 11-15-18,5 kW motor with output up to 1300 kg/h. Transport distance max. 80 m. This scrapper is recommended for a daily output of up to 5 tonnes.
- Scrapper BM-5: it is the largest and most robust scrapper in the product range, with an engine of 37 kW and an output of up to 2.5 t/h. The transport distance is limited to approx. 30 m.
